After having visited about 20 apartments, all very nice and special in many ways, it took a few nights' sleep, a spreadsheet, and some advice from the locals to narrow down the choices to these two options: La Tour Mita, and Atago Forest Tower.
Both buildings are great, and offer different type of advantages.
Here's where I am hoping to get some feedback from you...
You may not have been to Tokyo before, but I hope there are enough pictures and notes to gather information about the two buildings!

Euh, disons que meme en Bretagne, le Kouign Amann c'etait un peu l'overdose de beurre... Mais c'etait un leurre pour les Brezhoneg!
Il avait l'air tres bon.
